Derek Dooley did not fill out his 25-signee cap on National Signing Day. He had a couple spots left, and he filled one of them Wednesday.
According to Volquest.com, Kenneth Bynum, an outside linebacker out of Jacksonville, Florida signed with Tennessee.
He is rated a 3 star recruit by Rivals.com. That now makes 22 signees for the 2012 class.
