The Knoxville Zoo had its largest annual fundraiser, "Feast with the Beasts," on Saturday night.

More than 45 area vendors gave out food and beverages to guests. Only people 21 and older were allowed into this event.

Bands performed on three stages in the park throughout the evening, playing songs from the sixties to current hits. Bands included Second Opinion, The Vibraslaps and Jim Asbell and the Tropiholics.

This evening at the zoo was especially memorable for one local couple.

Matt Ryan proposed to girlfriend, Whitney Wutzler, hoping the event's photo booth would capture the moment.

"We always have loved photo booths and we love the zoo and I got in contact with the owner of the photo booth, Dawn, and she told me that they were going to be at the event, so I know I had to be here and I thought it would be the perfect time to propose," said Ryan.

Wutzler said yes!

All the proceeds from this event go directly toward funding the Knoxville Zoo.
