An East Tennessee Amber Alert has been issued on behalf of the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies are searching for three-year-old Summer Knasel who is three feet tall and last seen wearing a Dora nightgown and for four-year-old Lovell Knasel.
Authorities believe the children were abducted by their noncustodial parents on Wednesday by 32 year-old Jeremy Knasel, who is six feet tall with brown hair and blue eyes and 24 year-old Ashley Norberg, who is five foot ten inches tall, 200 pounds, brown hair and green eyes.
